Baldwin Provides JTM for New Licensees

Baldwin Real Estate Services has contracted with Quantum Management System to exclusively provide Quantum’s “Journey To Mastery™” to new real estate licensees. Quantum Management Systems is one of the leading training systems in the country and Baldwin has been accredited to teach and administer the JTM course to its candidates.

The JTM program has two parts, the first is to assist the candidate to obtain a California Real Estate license and the second is extensive training and assistance to help the candidate become successful in the field of real estate sales. The program is free to qualified candidates.

Acceptance into the program requires a strong commitment to the elements of the program and the candidate must be committed to a full time career.

Entry into the program requires two separate interviews and a contractual agreement. Baldwin schedules a minimum of thee group interviews each month for people that are serious about a career in real estate; those qualified candidates are asked to return for a second and final interview and, if accepted, are entered into the JTM Program.

“Industry standards indicate that only 13 out of 14 new licensees stay in the business for two years,” observed Gordon Maddock, President of Baldwin Real Estate Services,” the JTM Program has a 60% success ratio, which is 800% higher than the industry standard.
