Baldwin Real Estate Services has established one of the most comprehensive real estate sales training programs in the industry. The program employs a "fast-track" program to help a new licensee get started in business and ongoing programs to help keep our agents current on laws and trends, plus an in depth program to help all agents to prospect for new business.

Baldwin also provides for sources for continuing education required by the Department of Real Estate to renew the 4-year licenses, to obtain the necessary credits within the initial 18-months of a new license and for those who wish to obtain the Real Estate Brokers license. Additionally, Baldwin subscribes to the real estate advanced designations offered by the National Association of Realtors, its Institutes and Societies and encourages its agents to seek knowledge through higher education.
