Susan Ferlisi, a Senior Property Manager with Baldwin Real Estate Management since 1992, manages a wide array of property types including Homeowner Associations, Office Buildings, Apartment Buildings, as well as Single Family Residences and Condominiums. Her specialty is the management of high-end Homeowner Associations and she is considered by those that live there, the premiere manager on Pasadena’s prestigious South Orange Grove Boulevard.

Susan has throughout her career kept abreast of the many changes in the industry by regularly attending legal and other industry related seminars. She is a long standing member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and holds the title of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®).

Susan’s interests are diverse. She loves to travel, regularly attends theatrical and musical events, enjoys hiking and considers tending to her garden her weekend therapy. Susan has two married daughters and five grandchildren. She lives in Monrovia with her husband Michael.
